Agent
The tickets of their own departments, the softphone, the knowledge base and their own schedule.
Demo
An invented company, fourteen screens, four points of view. Click wherever you like: nothing is saved and nothing is sent. A button that does nothing in the demo says in one sentence what it does in the real product.
On a small screen the demo is cramped. Better open it full screen or on a computer.
The four roles
The differences are not painted on. The menu on the left and the ticket list are assembled by the same rules the application itself uses.
The tickets of their own departments, the softphone, the knowledge base and their own schedule.
Every ticket in the company through a department role, plus the team's schedules and reports. Not a separate account role, but an agent with rights in the department.
Everything: channels, team, telephony, billing, settings and reports.
Shifts, leave, attendance and work-time reports. No tickets and no customers, on purpose.
Honestly about the demo
This is a mock-up of the interface with sample data, not a connected system. The company, the people and the phone numbers
are invented; the domains are .example. “Today” is frozen so the deadlines in the tickets do not age.
The screens and the rules in it are the same as in the product. There is no screen promising a feature the product does not have. If you want to see the system with your own case, with real mail and real calls, that is the live demo we do together. It takes twenty minutes.
Tell us how many people answer customers and which channels the enquiries arrive on. We will show you the same screens your team will work in, with your case rather than a demo script.
Every plan starts with 30 days of full access to the product, every feature included.
